All of our staff are certified BC IT/ECE/ECEA professionals, qualified to work with young children. They hold current First Aid certificates and have completed comprehensive orientation programs to familiarize themselves with our philosophies, policies, and programs before beginning work at any of our locations. At all our sites, our educators serve as facilitators and guides, supporting and nurturing your child's learning journey with care, expertise, and a deep commitment to their development​
